FAQ for Introducers

Do I need a CEA licence?

No. Introducers are not estate agents and do not need a CEA licence. You are connecting people with licensed agents, not performing estate agency work yourself.

How does an introducer fee work?

Any introducer fee is entirely voluntary and set at the agent's sole discretion. It is not a guaranteed payment. GotAnyone records any fee indication made by the agent but does not guarantee, facilitate, or enforce payment.

How accurate are my Introduction Records?

Records reflect exactly what the agent has entered into the platform. GotAnyone does not independently verify transaction outcomes or fee payments. If you believe a record is inaccurate, that is a matter to raise directly with your appointed agent — GotAnyone is not a party to your arrangement and cannot adjudicate between you.

What if the agent refuses to pay a fee?

GotAnyone has no role in fee disputes. Any introducer fee is entirely at the agent's voluntary discretion. A disagreement between you and your agent is a private matter between you as individuals. GotAnyone will not mediate, testify, or provide records in any such dispute except as required by law.

What if the deal falls through?

No transaction recorded by the agent, no fee. GotAnyone logs what the agent reports.

What if the same person scans multiple QR codes?

The first logged submission is attributed to that introducer. Our system records QR attribution at the time of scan.

Is there a limit on how many introductions I can make?

No limit.
